PACKAGE YOUR CASE

BEFORE YOU SEND

Care in packing means a better result for everyone. Before you send, make sure:

All case materials are disinfected and securely sealed in a bag.
Models are wrapped with sufficient padding — we recommend bubble wrap.
Excess space in the box is filled to eliminate movement while shipping.
Photos are placed in a plastic seal bag.
Crowns, bridges, shade tabs, and USB drives go in a small separate container.
Articulators and face-bows ship with articulators wrapped individually — please wrap the face-bow separately.

Once your case arrives, our team confirms receipt, reviews the prescription, and begins design. You’ll hear from us if anything needs clarification — otherwise your case ships back on schedule.

iTero

Log in to your Doctors Portal.
Call iTero support at 1-800-577-8767 to set up our account in their system. Give them the Oral Architect Lab ID number [67200] to connect.

3Shape

Log in to your 3Shape account.
Click on “Add Connections”.
Type in the Oral Architect Lab email address: design@oralarchitectlab.com.
Oral Architect Lab will come up — click “Connect”.

Sirona (Cerec)

Click “Add” from your iOS software — this takes you to sirona-connect.com.
Under “My Account”, click on “My Favorite Laboratories”.
Click “Search Labs”, scroll down, and select “United States”.
Enter the Oral Architect Dental Lab zip code: “33415”, then “Start Search”.
Find Peterson Dental Lab and click the plus sign in the far right column under “Add”. Once it loads, Oral Architect Dental Lab is added.

Carestream

Log in to your CS Connect account.
In the toolbar, click the “People” icon, then “Invite a Partner” in the Partners window.
In the email field, enter design@oralarchitectlab.com and keep or write your own message.
Click “Send” — the invitation reaches our lab, and once we log in to CS Connect we’ll accept it.

MEDIT

Sign in through your Medit Link account.
Click “Partners” in the left-hand column.
Click “Search for Partners” at the top and type design@oralarchitectlab.com.
Oral Architect Lab will pop up — click on us to add us as a partner.

3M

Add Oral Architect Dental Lab via email invitation: design@oralarchitectlab.com.
Oral Architect Dental Lab will be notified and accept through our portal.
